For Detroit Medical Center employees who are on the road or working from home, the following is a list of resources available on the Internet. You do not need to be logged into the intranet in order to access them.
Follow steps 1 - 5 on the Citrix Instructions - Citrix Remote Access Guide (if you already use Cerner, you may be able to skip Step 1 - Citrix Install) Questions/Issues - please contact the MedStar Help Desk at. I have a couple client computers where the latest Citrix Receiver wouldn't launch applications or desktops, either directly from the receiver client or from the web interface (storefront). There was a much older Citrix client installed on these computers before. The receiver cleanup utility didn't fix the problem.
